Everyday Protection Membership Terms
Effective Date: September 2025

These Membership Terms apply to Everyday Protection, a membership program offered by Mammuthus LLC(“Mammuthus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Important disclosures

Everyday Protection is not insurance.
Your membership fee does not purchase an insurance policy and does not create a guaranteed right to payment.

Everyday Protection is not a loan.
Any support provided through the program is discretionary and does not need to be repaid unless it was obtained through fraud, misuse, or misrepresentation.

Approval is not guaranteed.
Support Requests are reviewed individually and may be approved, partially approved, or denied.

2. How membership works

Everyday Protection is a monthly membership with three plan levels.

While your membership is active, you may have access to day-one financial tools and member benefits designed to help you stay organized, plan ahead, and manage everyday expenses.

Eligibility to submit a Support Request begins after 90 days of continuous active membership.

3. What a Support Request means

Support Request is a request for help with a specific, time-sensitive hardship involving an eligible essential expense.

Examples may include:

  • a utility bill

  • a childcare payment

  • a transportation-related expense

  • a medical copay connected to a visit

4. Eligible categories

Support Requests may be considered for approved expenses in the following categories:

  • Utilities

  • Transportation issues

  • Childcare

  • Medical copays

  • Grocery Gap Support (tool-verified)

  • Verified shortfall or overpayment gap-fill support (tool-verified)

5. Core limit rules

Plan limits are calculated on a rolling 12-month basis, measured backward from the date a Support Request is submitted.

Category-specific limits may also apply.

In most cases, members may submit no more than one Bridge Support Request per category every 30 days.

Approved amounts may be less than the amount requested, depending on plan limits, category limits, and program review.

6. Plan limits and participation fees

Essential — $19.99/month

  • Up to 3 Bridge Support Requests per rolling 12 months

  • Up to $200 per approved request

  • Up to $600 total per rolling 12 months

  • Participation fee: $10 per approved request

  • Payment method: vendor payment only (no cash or direct deposit)

Core — $39.99/month

  • Up to 6 BridgeSupport Requests per rolling 12 months

  • Up to $400 per approved request

  • Up to $1,200 total per rolling 12 months

  • Participation fee: $5 per approved request

  • Payment method: vendor payment and/or direct deposit, as appropriate

Premium — $59.99/month

  • Up to 9 Bridge Support Requests per rolling 12 months

  • Up to $600 per approved request

  • Up to $2,000 total per rolling 12 months

  • Participation fee: $0

  • Payment method: direct deposit by default; vendor payment when available

  • Additional security controls may apply

7. Pre-approval, documentation, and verification

Pre-approval may be required before support can be provided when the expected payment exceeds:

  • $150 for Essential

  • $300 for Core

  • $450 for Premium

We may request documentation such as a bill, invoice, receipt, or other proof of the expense.

We may also verify submitted information and contact vendors or service providers to confirm invoices, balances, or payment details.

For security reasons, support payments may be delayed if bank account details were recently changed.

8. Response times

Response time refers to the first reply, not final approval or payment.

  • Premium: same business day for messages received by 2:00 PM ET

  • Core: within 1 business day

  • Essential: within 2 business days

Processing and payment timing may depend on documentation, verification, and program review.

9. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Membership renews automatically each month unless canceled.

If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and cancellation will take effect on your next renewal date.

All membership fees and participation fees are non-refundable. Mammuthus does not provide prorated refunds.

10. Program integrity and misuse

Each person may maintain only one membership account. Multiple accounts may not be used to bypass plan limits or program rules.

Do not submit altered, misleading, or fraudulent documents, or Support Requests outside approved categories.

Mammuthus may deny requests, suspend or terminate membership, and recover funds obtained through fraud, misuse, or misrepresentation.

11. Changes to the program

We may update eligible categories, plan limits, payment methods, fees, or these Membership Terms in order to maintain sustainability, fairness, operational stability, or legal compliance.

When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material updates. Continued use of the membership after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mammuthus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Mammuthus’ total liability for any claim related to Everyday Protection will not exceed the membership fees you paid during the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute relating to Everyday Protection will be handled in Greenville County, South Carolina.
