  • Membership and billing information such as your plan selection, subscription status, billing address, and payment details. Payment card data is generally processed by our payment providers and may be stored by them rather than by us.
  • Direct deposit or payout information such as bank routing and account information when needed to deliver approved support by direct deposit, depending on your plan and program rules.
  • Support Request information and documentation such as the nature of the request, amount requested, and documents like bills, invoices, receipts, estimates, or proof of expense. Some documents may include sensitive information, such as medical copay details.
  • Communications such as messages you send to support, survey responses, and feedback you share with us.

B. Information from third parties

  • Google Sign-In (if enabled): If you sign in with Google, we may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and a unique Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Vendors or service providers: When needed to verify documentation or process payments, we may receive confirmation details from the vendor or provider involved, such as invoice validity or payment details.
